From the original idea of offering travelers something quick and easy to eat, the food stand has developed into a grill &amp; snack bar with a playground and later a beach volleyball court. In 2009 son Jonas Pr\u00fcnster \u2013 up to then haute cuisine chef in 5-star hotels \u2013 took over.
