Jonas Prünster

Our family business was first started by Maria and Florian Prünster in the year 1999. From the original idea of offering travelers something quick and easy to eat, the food stand has developed into a grill & snack bar with a playground and later a beach volleyball court. In 2009 son Jonas Prünster – up to then haute cuisine chef in 5-star hotels – took over. It was 3 years ago that Jonas decided to remodel the business, with the idea in mind to change and expand the menu as well as diversify the customers’ experience in order to be more competitive in a modern market.

The result

A relatively young business trying out innovative concepts both gastronomy and event wise while aiming to be a welcoming place of comfort and relaxation for all the family.
